In addition to collection of payment information stated above, we collect personal information from you such as your name, address, phone number and e-mail. We only collect the information you supply which allows you to maintain anonymity should you wish, and we do not collect sensitive information about you.

We use the information collected to fulfill your order, ship your products and deal with any refund, repair or warranty issues.

This information required to ship your order is shared with our shipping partner Australia Post or our selected courier service for your product to be delivered to you. As stated above payment information is shared with our third-party payment operators.
