Returns Policy Terms and Conditions

CONSUMER GUARANTEE
Our Goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the Goods repaired or replaced if the Goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

RETURNS DUE TO FAULTY OR DAMAGED PRODUCT

RETURNS DUE TO PRODUCT NOT MATCHING DESCRIPTION

We recommend you immediately inspect the product delivered to you to ensure the product matches the description and if you have any issues with the product to contact us on +61 430 387 691 or perth@dukewarehouse.com.au to remedy.

RETURNS POLICY DUE TO CHANGE OF MIND

Duke Warehouse Perth and Duke Tools Perth ® provides a 30 Day Returns Policy for Change of Mind on all products sold via www.dukewarehouse.com.au and www.duketools.com.au from the date of purchase and lasting for 30 days. The Duke Warehouse Perth and Duke Tools Perth ® 30 Day Return Policy as described above and below does not limit or restrict your statutory rights under Australian Consumer Law.

If you change your mind, we undertake to accept the returned product subject to the following terms and conditions:

The complete product is returned to Duke Warehouse Perth / Duke Tools Perth ®
The product is returned in an unused, unworn & ‘as new’ condition, in a resaleable condition, not be damaged or tampered with and with all the original packaging and documents.
The shipping costs to return the product are paid by you, the Buyer.
Proof of purchase from Duke Warehouse Perth / Duke Tools Perth ® is supplied.
The return claim pursuant to this Duke Warehouse Perth and Duke Tools Perth ® Return Policy is submitted no later than 30 days from the date the product was purchased.
The complete product is received at Duke Warehouse Perth / Duke Tools Perth ® no later than 21 days from the date the refund claim was submitted.

To submit a returns claim, please e-mail perth@dukewarehouse.com.au or call +61 430 387 691. A response to your returns claim will be provided within 30 days from the date the returns claim was submitted.

Where the above terms and conditions have been met, we will provide you with a refund of equal value to the purchase price of the product sold. Shipping costs will not be refunded.

Where the above terms and conditions have not been met, we reserve the right to not accept the refund claim in full. Shipping costs will not be refunded. Where a refund claim is not accepted in full due to the terms and conditions not being met, we may offer, at our discretion, a refund or store credit equal to the value or less than the value of purchase price of the product sold dependant on the condition the product is returned in.

The Duke Warehouse Perth and Duke Tools Perth ® 30 Day Return Policy as described above does not limit or restrict your statutory rights under Australian Consumer Law. If your product is damaged or faulty the product is covered by our 12 Month Warranty and if your product does not match the description, please contact us to resolve the issue.
