SHIPPING TERMS AND CONDITIONS

GENERAL SHIPPING INFORMATION

We ship within Australia only.

Orders are shipped via Australia Post or via our selected courier service to the delivery address provided by the Buyer and it is the Buyers full responsibility to provide a delivery address that is valid and able to accept the shipment ordered, any changes to the delivery address after the order has been submitted are not automatically accepted. Please contact us via phone on +61 430 387 691 to discuss possible options. The Buyer is required to supply a telephone number and authorises Duke Warehouse Perth, Australia Post or our selected courier service to contact them on the number provided with any shipping queries.

Orders with multiple products may be shipped in separate packages and a tracking number will be provided for each package.

Packages may require signature on delivery. For packages that do not require signature on delivery, the Buyer authorises and instructs that if no one is home, Australia Post or our selected courier service may leave the package outside without signature in a safe place.  Pickup is not available for orders.

DAILY SHIPPING

Orders are processed and shipped daily between 8am to 4pm AWST Monday to Friday excluding public holidays. We aim to get your order processed, packed and shipped as fast as possible.

FREE SHIPPING
All orders with a total check out price of $99.00 and above qualify for free shipping. Please allow 5-10 business days for your order to reach you.

FLAT RATE SHIPPING

All orders with a total check out price of under $99.00 are charged a $10.00 shipping fee. Please allow 5-10 business days for your order to reach you.

LIMITED SHIPPING

Limited Shipping applies to some products and if your delivery address falls outside the eligible delivery area, a limited shipping notice will appear at the checkout. To proceed with purchasing other products in your cart remove the limited shipping product or update your delivery address to an eligible postcode, the following post codes are eligible for limited shipping:

EXPRESS SHIPPING

Express shipping options are available on selected products only and will appear as an additional option at the check out on the products that qualify.

The Express Shipping service is via Australia Post Express Parcel Service and ships from Western Australia 6105.

Express Shipping next business day network within Western Australia allow 1-2 business days.
Express Shipping next business day network interstate allow 1-3 business days.

Australia Post Express Parcel Service next business day delivery is only available within the Express Post next business day delivery network with eligible post codes listed below:

SHIPPING OF DANGEROUS GOODS

Lithium-ion, Lithium Alloy & Lithium Polymer Cells & Batteries are considered dangerous goods and must be shipped by road only and may incur additional transit times.

DAMAGED OR FAULTY GOODS DUE TO SHIPPING

We recommend you immediately inspect the product delivered to you to ensure the product matches the description and if you have any issues with the product to contact us on +61 430 387 691 or perth@dukewarehouse.com.au to remedy.

Please refer to our Warranty Terms and Conditions for information on returning a product that has a fault or damage. Our Goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the Goods repaired or replaced if the Goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
