WARRANTY TERMS AND CONDITIONS

CONSUMER GUARANTEE
Our Goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the Goods repaired or replaced if the Goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure. 

12 MONTH WARRANTY
Duke Warehouse Perth and Duke Tools Perth ® provides a 12 Month Warranty on all products sold via www.dukewarehouse.com.au and www.duketools.com.au from the date of purchase.  The Duke Warehouse Perth and Duke Tools Perth ® 12 Month Warranty as described above and below does not limit or restrict your statutory rights under Australian Consumer Law.

We undertake to refund, repair or replace, at our option and free of charge, each complete product or specific part required, provided the following reasonable conditions are met:

1. The complete product is returned to Duke Warehouse Perth / Duke Tools Perth ®

2. Any shipping costs to return the product are paid by you, the Buyer.

3. The product is found on inspection to be suffering from a material or constructional fault or design defect.

4. The product has not been subject to misuse, neglect or involved in an accident.

5. The product is not doing what it was specifically designed to do.

6. The required repairs are a consequence of normal & reasonable expected use.

7. Proof of purchase from Duke Warehouse Perth / Duke Tools Perth ® is supplied.

8. The warranty claim pursuant to this Duke Warehouse Perth and Duke Tools Perth ® 12 Month Warranty is submitted within 12 Months from the date the product was purchased.

A response to your warranty claim will be provided within 30 days from the date the warranty claim was submitted.

Please note that manufacture warranties do not apply to all power tool purchases. All power tools are provided with a 12 Month Warranty by Duke Warehouse Perth / Duke Tools Perth ®. Where a manufacturer warranty applies on a power tool product this will be reflected in the product description.
