The 18V LXT125 mm (5″) Random Orbit Sander is designed for efficient sanding with three speed settings for quick material removal. It offers up to 40 minutes of runtime on low speed and 20 minutes on high speed per charge (BL1830B). The sander features a 2.8 mm random orbit action for fast, swirl free finishing, and includes a one-touch electronic speed control switch for easy adjustment.
Built for comfort, it has an ergonomic body and grip, a pad brake for improved finish quality, and an efficient dust collection system. Durable components like a dust-sealed switch and bearing, along with oversized sealed-ball bearing construction, ensure longevity. Compatible with Makita vacuum cleaners, it uses 125 mm (5″) hook-and-loop abrasive paper and includes a battery protection circuit for extended tool life.
