Packages may require signature on delivery. For packages that do not require signature on delivery, the Buyer authorises and instructs that if no one is home, The delivery partner may leave the package outside without signature in a safe place. Pickup is not available for Orders.

Shipping of Dangerous Goods
Lithium-ion, Lithium Alloy & Lithium Polymer Cells & Batteries are considered dangerous Goods and must be shipped by road only and may incur additional transit time.

Delivery Partners
Majority of orders are shipped by Australia Post Parcel Post or StarTrack. We will provide details of the delivery partner, tracking reference and estimated delay date as soon as available.

Sometimes problems arise that are out of our control such as a delay with delivery of Your Order due to unforeseen events or the actions of a third party.
