What warranty do you offer?
All products from Duke Warehouse Perth come with a 12-month warranty against defects in materials and workmanship, in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).
If a product is defective, we will repair, replace, or refund it depending on the fault and ACL requirements. View our Warranty Terms for full details.
What are my rights under Australian Consumer Law?
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.
You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
What if my item is faulty or damaged?
We package items securely to minimise transit damage. If your order arrives damaged or is faulty:
Visibly Damaged Parcels: Refuse delivery and ask the courier to return it to us, or contact us immediately.
Damage Discovered After Delivery: Notify us as soon as possible and within 7 days of recieving the package.
What if I change my mind?
Under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL), we are not required to offer refunds or exchanges for change-of-mind purchases (e.g., choosing the wrong item or finding it cheaper elsewhere). As a small business, we generally do not accept such returns but may offer store credit in exceptional circumstances at our discretion. Contact us to discuss options.
