Returns Policy

1. Change of Mind Returns
Under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL), we are not required to offer refunds or exchanges for change-of-mind purchases (e.g., choosing the wrong item or finding it cheaper elsewhere). As a small business, we generally do not accept such returns but may offer store credit in exceptional circumstances at our discretion. Contact us to discuss options.

2. Damaged or Faulty Goods
We package items securely to minimise transit damage. If your order arrives damaged or is faulty:
- Visibly Damaged Parcels: Refuse delivery and ask the courier to return it to us, or contact us immediately.
- Damage Discovered After Delivery: Notify us within 7 days at perth@dukewarehouse.com.au with your order number, a description, and photos of the issue.
We will assess claims within 5 business days and offer a refund, replacement, or repair per our Warranty Terms and Conditions and ACL guarantees. We recommend freight insurance for high-value orders to cover transit risks.
3. Warranty Returns
Products come with a 12-month warranty for defects in materials or workmanship. For warranty claims:
- Contact perth@dukewarehouse.com.au within 12 months, providing proof of purchase, fault description, and photos/videos.
- We will assess claims per our Warranty Terms and Conditions.
- If approved, we will offer a repair, replacement, or refund.
- For dangerous goods (e.g., lithium-ion batteries), we will provide safe return instructions.
4. Returns Due to Our Error
If we send the wrong item or an item not as described, contact us within 7 days. We will cover return shipping costs and provide a refund or correct item, per ACL guarantees.
5. Return Shipping Costs
You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a fault, damage, or our error (e.g., wrong item). If a claim is approved, we will reimburse reasonable return shipping costs and cover shipping for replacements or repairs. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

6. Consumer Guarantees
Our goods come with ACL guarantees that cannot be excluded. You are entitled to:
- A refund or replacement for a major failure.
- Compensation for reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.
- Repair or replacement for goods of unacceptable quality (non-major failures).
