These Terms of Purchase apply to all orders placed through www.dukewarehouse.com.au. By ordering, you agree to these terms, our Website Terms and Conditions, Returns Policy, Warranty Terms and Conditions, and Privacy Policy.

2. Product Availability and Descriptions

Products are subject to availability. We strive to keep product information, pricing, and stock accurate but may correct errors, update descriptions, or cancel orders without notice. If a product is unavailable post-order, we will notify you within 24 hours and offer an alternative or full refund.

3. Pricing and Currency

Prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable. Prices may change without notice. The price at checkout (excluding shipping) is the final amount payable. International orders may incur additional taxes or duties, which are your responsibility.

4. Payment Methods

We accept secure payments via:

• PayPal
• PayPal Pay in 4, provided by PayPal Credit Pty Limited (ABN 66 600 629 258, Australian Credit Licence Number 568848), for eligible purchases ($30–$2,000 AUD). Pay in 4 allows four interest-free instalments over six weeks, subject to PayPal’s credit approval and terms, which may include a credit check that could impact your credit score. See PayPal’s Pay in 4 Facility Agreement for details. PayPal, not Duke Warehouse Perth, manages Pay in 4 applications and repayments. You confirm you are authorised to use the selected payment method and provide accurate information. We are not responsible for third-party payment processing errors. See SquareUP and PayPal privacy/terms for details.

5. Order Confirmation and Acceptance

Order confirmation emails do not constitute acceptance. Orders are binding once payment is received and dispatch is confirmed. We may reject or cancel orders within 24 hours for:

• Unavailable stock
• Pricing or description errors
• Suspected fraud or misuse
• Payment verification issues

You will be notified and refunded if applicable.

By placing an order, you authorise Duke Warehouse Perth to send tracking updates via Australia Post (SMS and email) to keep you informed about your order’s delivery status. You may opt out of these updates by contacting us or following instructions in the communications, as detailed in our Privacy Policy.

6. Shipping and Delivery

We deliver Australia-wide via trusted couriers. Shipping charges are shown at checkout, based on address and method.

6.1 Shipping Options

• Free Standard Shipping: On orders $99.00+.
• Flat Rate Standard Shipping: $10.95 for orders under $99.00.
• Express Shipping: $19.95.

6.2 Delivery Terms

• Delivery Address: Requires a valid Australian residential or business address. PO Boxes or Parcel Lockers may not be eligible for large/bulky items. PayPal Pay in 4 is available only to Australian residents with a valid Australian address.
• Dispatch Times: Orders are dispatched from Perth, WA, within 1–2 business days, subject to busy periods or supplier delays.
• Delivery Estimates: Standard shipping takes 3–7 business days; express takes 1–3 business days, depending on location. Times are estimates, not guaranteed.
• Tracking: Provided upon dispatch. Deliveries may require a signature or be left in a safe place if authorised. We are not liable for loss, theft, or damage post-delivery confirmation.

6.3 Dangerous Goods

Products like lithium-ion batteries are dangerous goods and:

• Must be shipped by road freight.
• Are ineligible for express air shipping.
• May require additional handling time.

We will notify you of restrictions or delays.

6.4 Delays

We are not liable for delays due to couriers, weather, or other external factors. We will notify you of significant delays and assist with resolution.

7. Risk and Title

Title passes upon full payment. For instalment payments (e.g., PayPal Pay in 4), title passes upon final payment. Risk (including loss or damage) transfers upon delivery to your nominated address.

8. Dispute Resolution

For order or delivery issues, contact us at perth@dukewarehouse.com.au. We aim to resolve disputes within 5 business days. You may escalate to the Australian Competition and Consumer Commission (ACCC).

9. Refunds and Returns

See our Returns Policy for details on faulty, damaged, or incorrect items, change-of-mind returns (limited), and warranty claims. We comply with ACL guarantees. For PayPal Pay in 4 purchases, refunds are processed to PayPal, which adjusts your repayment schedule.

11. Post-Purchase Communications

By placing an order, you authorise Duke Warehouse Perth to send a post-purchase survey or review request (e.g., via Google Forms or email) to gather feedback on your experience.
